I graduated from the University of Utah with a business degree in 1977. The focus of my college degree was finance with an emphasis on Real Estate and I have been selling Real Estate since the late 70's. I'm a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, so when I list your home it becomes available for viewing to all of the agents who are members of the Board of Realtors. If you are looking for a home to purchase, we can choose from homes listed by other Realtors from this Multiple List Service. I provide a full range of residential services: I can list your home, when you're looking for a home we have that inventory to choose from, and in specialized cases, if you don't find what you want, I can match you up to a builder. In addition to those resources, I can help you find a foreclosed home and I have over 20 years experience dealing with Hud and Hud Homes. I specialize in all phases of residential Real Estate, including matching buyers with builders for new construction, and selling foreclosures with a particular interest in selling Hud houses.
